Occasionally The Phyo Nyi Nyi Kyaw Memorial Foundation will host students or active members who show promise and dedication through selective PN2K internships. Below are interns to date. Social Media Intern, Summer 2015

Marie-Tonica Mercado, or Tonica for short, currently lives in Orlando, Florida. She attends the University of Central Florida and majors in Criminal Justice. Tonica hopes to one day work as an investigator and later down the road become a professor. In her free time, she is an active member of the Filipino Student Association and participates in several modern and cultural dance events throughout the year.

Yaoming Duan grew up in Inner Mongolia, China. He worked in Beijing for 5 years as an interactive programmer and is currently in the digital media and leadership program for a masters degree at Northeastern University. He loves running and met his wife Dingfang in the Beijing marathon. He enjoys using media tools such as photo and video to help people better present their ideas and experiences.

Dingfang Zhou is a graduate student majoring journalism in Boston University. As a former fashion magazine contributor, she believes every one has stories to tell and she would always like to be their listener. She flew from Beijing to Boston in order to explore more possibilities as a reporter. She has now fallen in love with visual journalism. Dingfang is also a runner and cyclist.
